You are very brave for wanting to be a seventh grade teacher let alone a principle!! I am an Elementary Education major. I want to teach younger children who do not talk back and have attitude as much. lol
lol, I know what you mean, but I feel like 7th grade is the last chance you have to truely make a difference in a child's attitude towards people and learning. After that, most of the change comes from within.
